Use Of Ignite University

By accessing Ignite University, creating an account, purchasing a course, purchasing a subscription, or using our learning tools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not share, resell, transfer, or misuse course access.

Course And Subscription Purchases

Course purchases provide access to the selected course according to the access terms shown at checkout. Subscription purchases provide access to included subscription courses while the subscription is active.

No Refund Policy

All course purchases and subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a course or subscription is purchased, Ignite University does not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds, including for unused access, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction, or cancellation after purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future subscription access or renewal where applicable, but it does not create a refund for any already purchased subscription period. Access may continue until the current paid period ends unless the account is terminated for policy violations.

Learning Content

Courses, lessons, downloads, certificates, videos, text, designs, and platform materials belong to Ignite University or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning only. Copying, sharing, publishing, recording, reselling, or distributing platform content is not allowed without written permission.

Community Rules

You agree not to post abusive, illegal, misleading, spam, infringing, or harmful content. We may moderate, remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Platform Availability

We work to keep Ignite University available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security issues, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
